Innotek Dog Containment And Training Systems
Innotek Containment Systems allow you to give your dog the freedom to go outside while he stays safely within the confines of your yard. Innotek dog fences are very easy to install and can be considerably less expensive than constructing a traditional fence. With an invisible fence, like the Innotek IUC-4200 UltraSmart Containment System, you simply bury a wire around the perimeter of your yard, then outfit your dog with the Innotek dog collar provided with the system. When your dog comes close to the wire, the training collars delivers an audible warning tone. If the audible tone does not deter your dog, and he continues toward the boundary, an electric pulse, similar to static electricity, will be administered to the training collar. Your dog will quickly learn not to cross the perimeter, and, therefore, over time, reducing or eliminating the number of corrections experienced. Different Innotek dog containment systems are designed for different sizes of dogs and varied ranges of pet containments. Dogs are much safer in their own yards than anywhere else! How Innotek dog fences work: You bury a wire around the perimeter of your yard. White boundary flags provide you and your dog with a visual reference. Your dog wears a special remote training collar with a receiver that delivers an audible warning tone when approaching the perimeter of the safe zone. If your dog continues towards the underground buried wire, your dog receives a low-level electrical correction. If your dog ignores the first correction and continues to move closer to the boundary, the intensity of the stimulation increases. Dogs quickly learn to stay away from the perimeter of their safe zone. Innotek dog training collars come with adjustable stimulation levels that start out at a barely noticeable level. As the dog gets close or tries to cross the perimeter of the containment zone, the intensity of the stimulation increases in the collar. This stimulation is similar to the sensation of static electricity. Boundaries are soon learned and your dog stays within the perimeter of the Innotek invisible fence just as if enclosed in a view-obstructing fence. Areas such as flower beds, shrubs, driveways, or swimming pools can be "fenced off" within your yard simple by routing the wire around these areas. Easy to Install Innotek Pet Containments: The Innotek pet containments wire is not difficult to install. All you need to do is just push a shovel into the ground 2" - 3" deep, move the handle toward you, and a tiny trench is formed. Lay the Innotek wire into the trench and remove the shovel. Stepping on the raised ground closes the area without a trace or affecting the grass. Depending on the size of your yard, it should only take about four or five hours for the entire Innotek dog containment system to be installed. Of course, the bigger the yard, the longer it will take. Also, if your layout contains a lot of fenced off areas, give yourself some extra time to install the Innotek dog containment system.

Training and Safe Use of Innotek Dog Fences: All Innotek pet containments include a free instructional video to guide you through the installation and training process. Once you install your Innotek dog fence, use the included boundary flags to teach your dog exactly where the wire is located. IMPORTANT: Innotek wireless fences are effective and safe in keeping your dog within the yard, but wireless fences still require training and responsible pet ownership. Only put the correction collar on your dog when your dog is outside using the Innotek dog containment system. Replace/recharge the Innotek collars' receiver batteries often, and avoid letting the collar get wet. For the safest results, you need to closely monitor your dog while using the Innotek dog containment system, especially for the first couple of months. Never leave your dog outside unattended for long periods of time with the Innotek dog training collars. Remember, while fences that are invisible keep your dog in your yard, it does NOT keep other animals and people out of your yard!
